What we will be learning this term

• English: A variety of texts, such as letters, diary entries, stories etc.
• Maths: Place value, Addition and Subtraction, Money, Multiplication and Division
• Computing: We are Astronauts (algorithms and programming) and We are game testers
• Science: Animals including Humans (animals and their young)
• RE: How did the world begin? And Hinduism: worshipping
• Art/DT: Houses from around the world – be an architect
• History: Homes and The Great Fire of London
• Music: Orchestral instruments and Musical Me
• PSHE: Relationships e.g. making friends
• PE: Dance, Gymnastics, Movements e.g. running, jumping, throwing, attacking, defending etc

PE uniform and lost property

Oak Gardens’ PE kit is now on sale from Bailwood Fashions , 246 Lewisham High Street, SE13 6JU.  Please write your child’s name on all of their clothing as they sometimes get lost or misplaced. Please note we are not responsible for any lost items of clothing, we teach children to take full responsibility of their possessions as it is not only a skill for school but a life skill. If for any reason clothing is lost, we endeavour to help locate it but will not replace it.  If any items of clothing are lost they are placed onto the lost property rail.
